Paul DThe location is a touchless location, however, the app did not indicate in anyway how to retrieve a vehicle.which I was expecting. It was necessary to work with the representative who needed more information from me that was not asked for when I booked the truck, but all went smoothly. Returning the truck was easy and completed fairly quickly.
