Grant K | Overall ExperienceThe customer service from the manager was subpar at best. She was rude from the door and once she realized I wouldn’t match her rude, she changed her tone and became slightly more pleasant. The other staff member was pleasant, professional and made customers she interacted with feel appreciated. I only called 3-4 times but could never get an answer. Every time I called I got transferred to the call center. Kind of annoying when they’d have to refer me back to the location and could not truly assist. As suggested in the automated recording (because I couldn’t get in touch with the office), I followed all of the move out steps on the app prior to my billing date and still got charged because they didn’t complete the process on their end. Overall, it wasn’t awful, but it wasn’t great either. With the rates as high as they are for such small spaces, making basic changes in the customer service standards would make it a better experience.

It was my first and best time and even though I'm kind of dumb they took the time to resolve and clarify all of my issues I have already recommended others to this specific U haul center due to them being the only rental service I've ever enjoyed working with and the only one I have interest in continuing working with
