The lady who manages this facility and American storage is extremely rude and disrespectful. I called to ask about when I would be needing to pick up my keys and she told me I called the wrong facility. I tried to explain that I had rented my truck from another facility already and had reserved a storage at her facility and was looking at the reservation but she kept cutting me off to tell me I called the wrong place. I told her if she would just give me a moment to finish speaking I was looking at my reservation and had gotten the number from the reservation confirmation email and she called me rude and told me she would not rent to me and cancelled my reservation. I almost had nowhere to take my things because she wanted to be rude and hateful.
