Then when we arrived back to get our belongings, our lock had been cut off and removed, and our items had been moved around and rummaged through. When I asked the staff at the office why our lock was removed, no one could come up with an answer. The staff was rude and didn’t care about the customers.
Jenifer G | Overall ExperienceMr. Warren was very useful with the information he provided for me but the very next day it made me to where I came and purchased a storage unit right away from or through the other gentleman I don't remember his name but he was nice enough to show me a bigger unit which does accommodate all my stuff that I currently don't need and I would highly highly recommend this U-Haul storage unit facility to all my friends and family if my family was still alive but to all my friends really I give y'all a five-star rating y'all kind you're sweet you don't talk down on people no matter what station in life they are at you know and that means a lot to somebody like me thank you very much for having a great and wonderful crew at the store on 34th and Avenue q in Lubbock Texas there were very excellent to me
