Roger T | Overall ExperienceVery hard to get someone on the phone. I was out of state when I heard the rates were increasing. I wanted to pre-pay for the year. My address was not correct on your records and my email address field was blank. I never received any information regarding the rate increase until a neighbor who rents there mentioned it. Once I finally got in touch with Amber at the location she was able to fully assist me and update the missing/incorrect information.
