My only negative thingis that on the 4th when I got there your other apache location where I was to originally turn in the trailer, your lady, rude. Not only RUDE but I told her that I literally just 'got here' and she suggested stronlgy that I walk through their feed store that they share. Really? is business that bad where you want me ---- a person who just drove over 1400 miles, to come into your store and spend? Cross promoting another business while on the other job? SHE is the reason that I did not turn in the trailer there. Anderson Florida to AZ 4x8 trailer 4-28 to 5-5 I got a flat tire right out of Florida.... reasonable time for help to arrive. No complaints! He even checked the other tire for me.

I hope the facility does him right by taking care of his truck getting fixed, the manager there Amber said that she would call their insurance company to get it fixed. It would be so so hot up there regardless of the “climate control” Labeling the code boxes (which one to disarm and which one unlocks the door) would be helpful. That code system was very confusing for a long time. Everything else was great.

I’m just grateful that I finally ended up with Ashley on the phone and she was able to switch the drop time and location for me. She was the only person who helped me all day!! She deserves a raise or a better position there

My only complaint is that I feel like it is almost too secure because the storage alarm would go off all the time because someone would forget to check_in or check_out it was very annoying.
