The tag on the unit with an employees name on it was a bit confusing because it’s not clear that it’s an employee so I thought maybe it was another customer’s. I think it would’ve been helpful to know there would be a tag with employees name on it. It also wasn’t immediately clear that the disarm panel counts as the check in/check out system but we figured that part out on our own.
