my compaint isnt about the storage. it was a nightmare renting the truck and returning it. First took better part of a day to pick up many miles away. Then when we tried to drop offthere was no storage at that location. The helpful guy, Larry called and got approval to change dropp off to storage location. When we got there they had closed . So next day went back and were told NOPE couldnt leave the truck . This is the main UHaul facility in Apache Junction, not the dealer location. We had to unload and return to original dropoff location. CRAZY!! Needless to day, i am NOT IMPRESSED. Furthermore at the dealer in E. Wenatchee one of the employees Perhaps the manager had a big smirk on his face when saying no truck would be available at that location and i had made a reservation weeks ahead of time.!
