It's just too expensive!! I found a air conditioned unit the same size that was indoors for lets just say way less than what uhaul was making us pay!! Absolutely insane on the price. But everything else was good. Staff was great, facilities were all well kept, easy to access, again my only complaint is the price!! How can I find the same exact unit plus it is indoors in a climate controlled environment for way less than what im paying at uhaul.... oh wait I do have 1 other complaint, seems like for the money that all is is costumers are spending on storage, surely you can afford to have pest control spray the outside of the buildings. When I moved our stuff out I can't begin to tell you how many spiders, bugs , spider webs there was in all of our boxes. Maybe use some of that money you're making and hire a good pest control company.
