The staff who assisted me was not very talkative until I asked questions. When asking for opinions or options I was met with a cold shoulder. The staff felt very unenthused and unwelcoming. I could not end the interaction soon enough. I will go back to get answers I need, from another member of staff.

It’s one young lady that is a little rude, a little mean in demeanor, she is a very pretty young lady she just has an attitude and I think the facility is too new to have an employee like that. She was working on Saturday the 17th when I returned the truck rental. Other than that, my experience was a awesome thanks to the manager for explaining and taking time out to help and explain to me what I needed to know.

Storage accessibility is good, you could drive your vehicle inside the unloading bay and use the wheel carts to move your stuff. Storage space is clean and climate controlled facility is a plus. Experience overall was great.
