Vicki G. | Overall ExperienceThe reason for this mixed review is that for several+ years we were content with our choice. Until recently, when our unit was broken into, everything was taken, and we were not notified until after the fact. We were made aware that the management had noticed and became aware that something was wrong because the unit's door was opened for a couple of weeks. Our things were still in there. No attempt was made to call us while our items were still in the unit with the unit door open. If anything there should be more security staff personnel so that something like what happened to us does not become another oversight and happens again.. Needless to say, we are devastated loosing everything we had placed in storage.
