The manager, Cody Bias, is the worst person to put in a position of any type of customer relations. Horrible experience and will never recommend U-Haul or the Storage place.

Larry H | Overall ExperienceThere was rodent poison traps in the storage unit and poison pebbles falling out the trap into the storage unit as well as a couple roaches that I saw as I was moving my stuff out, I know you can’t really help that kindve stuff because of people with roaches storing their stuff in the units as well . Other than that awesome facility and friendly staff and outside looks really clean and nice

Literally didn't want to look . Check your employees cause they trying to scam off that promotion and pocket people's money.
DESTINY J | Overall ExperienceI spent hours trying to just find out what unit I had. 5-6 calls with average of 3 transfers. Turns out they had put my sister's phone number that we called from instead of my number who was renting it on half of the messages. The app was totally useless and gave errors and nobody knew what was going on. The guy at the actual Ashland uhaul was nice and helpful and seemed to care. He called me back to check on us etc. but nobody knew what my links didn't work to check in. Turns out they sent me links for only the truck but every link for the storage unit was sent to my home bound sister 150 miles away and nobody could tell until she mentioned she got a uhaul link on a conversation I had hours and hours of support later.

BUCKIE H | First ImpressionsUnits are very small, clerk tried to make me pay full price for my rental although I had a 30 day free rental promotion for renting a uhual truck.The unit is extremely hard to lock. The lock won't align properly when you close it. Very high price for small non air conditioning unit. Clerk said he doesn't know how many bedrooms his units hold. he Seemed very unfriendly.
