Wish my reservation would of went by what I selected but staff was nice and helpful
Jaala W. | First ImpressionsHalf the time they would let me go after solving a problem just to have me return or call to remind them they forgot something. Total wait time for uhaul storage to set me up with a space, AFTER already reserving one online, was 2 hours out in the hot sun with my family and dogs waiting in the car to unload our uhaul truck. Not the best situation either.

Lara D. | First ImpressionsI completed the paperwork on 6/17/2022. Went to the unit and could not access it. Next day brought my furniture to the unit still could not access. Called to try to see if someone could help and received no help. Called the after hours number and left a message and no reply. Had to make other arrangements for my furniture. I will say they did refund my money without a problem.
