This facility was one of the most well kept, well ran and well maintained facilities I've used. My unit is offsite from the main office but both areas are in top order.

The contamination of my belongings with rat droppings was unacceptable. The premises were rendered unsuitable for occupancy due to the pervasive rat infestation.
