They are great at communicating via email or phone specially now with this COVID stuff. I’ll recommend and will use them again in the future!

LONZIE W | Overall ExperienceEverything started well with my reservation. However, when I arrived, after driving across the U.S., there was no one there to provide me access to the storage. This all happened on a Friday They failed to give me an access code. There was no one in the office. The man who answered the phone, when I called, was not on premises and after 1/2 hour was unable to assist me. I had no choice but to go to another location for my storage. After three telephone conversations, in the preceding days, it took contacting the regional manager to have my money refunded. I have no idea if the facility was clean or not because I never got in. I would not recommend this location because there was no one onsite and whomever I talked to was remote. They don't seem to communicate with each other because they called me first to see if I moved my belongings in. I guess the man I spoke to did not relay my failed efforts to do so. Three days after I received this phone call and did not receive any refund notification, I called again and got another person. She too, was not onsite but called the location and no one answered the phone. Their location communication, between staff, was non-existent.
