I brought the rodent issue to the staff's attention several times, however, their control measures were ineffective. The contamination of my belongings with rat droppings was unacceptable. The premises were rendered unsuitable for occupancy due to the pervasive rat infestation.

michelle g | Overall ExperienceYou should advised customers when renting storage spaces that youre location across from 2 men and a truck is no longer being used regularly and NO ONE is actually on the premises. Its extremely frustrating when NO ONE seems to know anything at and you have to sit on hold or wait for a call back because the location is not monitored. I will NOT ever recommend any UHAUL storage facility to anyone I know
