The entrance and exit code would not work. After getting the manager on the line, she talked to me with an obvious attitude about getting another code. She finally had to give me her code to make the gate open. I was made to feel as if I were bothering her since the gate would not open. I decided not to keep that storage unit. There were problems from the beginning so I took my business elsewhere. First impressions are lasting ones. Her attitude decided it all for me.

Valery H | First ImpressionsThis unit was super hard to find. I ended up on the freeway and having to loop around a couple of times before I found the entrance. You need an adequate sign. Better yet, the hurricane tore a hole in the fence, put in a drive way there so people can get to this location from the shopping center parking lot instead of from Wrightsboro Road. Also, the gate is broken. Every time I went there it was standing open, which did not make me feel safe. The gate should be fixed.
