I was unable to get into the building to put my belongings in storage. I called the number on the keypad and even used the intercom button to call as well to try and figure out why it was not opening. I was there before 8pm and access hours are until 10. Being unable to put my belongings away into my storage made my day much more difficult as I had to move out of my home and could not take the stuff back there. If at any point during the next few days before I can get back into Battle Creek my belongings get ruined by the elements I will be filing a claim with U-Haul to reimburse every item on the trailer that I was forced to leave outside due to no one answering the 24/7 line, or the call from the keypad. I am highly disappointed. If I continue having the issue with getting into the building I will be requesting a full refund. There’s no reason I shouldn’t have been able to get into the building when it was still during access hours.
