Michael S | Overall ExperienceFor the two years that I had the storage unit, my rate was increased twice. Service didn’t change, but it felt like we were paying for other people who weren’t paying for their storage units. Each time I would go into the facility, there would be rose of red tags for people who weren’t paying their storage units and then I would get another increase. Also, because the units are open at the top, all of my stored belongings now reek and are either sitting in the garage to air out or having multiple washes before being used
