1. After renting an paying the fee on my mobile app, I was not able to get into the assigned unit due to a broken latch. I tried another same size unit but it too had a broken latch. 2. I found another unit with a locking latch but it was larger. 3. The next day, I called the office and was told they may want to charge me for the larger unit even though I didn't need a larger unit and would be exiting in less than 30 days. 4. 1 day later 7/29/26, I received an invoice for $5 that was unexplained. The different unit # I was actually in was noted but there was no explanation. On 8/1, just 3 days later, I received a $15 charge for a delinquent rent payment. I just attempted to reach the local office but it went to the main or cental line but there was NO choice given related to my issue to choose from and so I elected to try the local office again later. I will never rent from this local rental place ever again. They didn't call me back to let me know whether they were going to charge me extra or waive it but instead I just received an unexplained invoice for $5.
Randy F | Online Move InThe storage locker door needs to be adjusted. It is difficult to open, and the door does not extend all the way to the ground, leaving a gap that could allow mice to get inside. Please inspect and address this issue.
Haley C | Online Move InTwice in less than two months from moving in, I was sent an email saying I was kicked out or moved out or whatever, for no reason at all, then a couple weeks later, on the day we got a lot of wildfire smoke, I went to grab my air filter and there’s a red lock on the unit. Unacceptable. Both times I spoke with someone, they said “oh it must be a glitch in the system.” Get it together.

BRIAN D | Overall ExperienceBaxter Minnesota is the worst U-Haul location ever. The manager Jason is SO rude!! Not sure how he still has a job. I have let A LOT of people know don’t NOT use U-Haul. Maybe you should hire a new location manager!!! It’s doubtful though! You enjoy!!!!
