There's no grace period and no empathy. I lost my car home and job and my unit was sold. So I lost all my children items. I would recommend trying another place first.

Howevver, two months later, we returned and found the locker infested with stinkbugs. We had to throw a good deal of belongings away. I know the bugs did not come in with us, because the property came from within our old house. I suggest you inspect other units as well.
