Paris B | First ImpressionsThe facility was kept clean and in very good repair overall. Even the rest rooms are clean and in good shape as you have to enter your code to go in them too. It was exceptionally secure when people remembered to close the garage doors leading in from the parking lot for covered drop loading and unloading. But the alarms that went off if you open a locker without remembering to put your code in first at the front door were very loud and obnoxious to make up for that as a theft deterrent at least when the garage doors were left open! We would have stayed if it was possible to use the access code to get in after 10p. We joust found too many times I realized I needed something for the next morning and had taken it to the locker, but could not get there before 10p.

There was no clear guidance on where the unit was located or how to access it. For first-time users or those unfamiliar with the layout, some on-site support or signage would go a long way. I expected a smoother check-in experience and better customer service.

The premises are well kept, very clean and the value for what was offered was exceptional, especially after factoring in the first month being offered for free.
