TABITHA A | Overall ExperienceAccess was easy. No issues getting around. Only issues were: 1. Sliding door access stopped after a certain amount of time. Had to go around. 2. The number of carts available to move items was limited. Could use more flat carts. 3. Garage bay doors were constantly open, even when not in use. Makes the need for the swipe card to get in pointless.
Patrick J | Overall ExperienceIt seems only one person was working, they had to go help another customer in the self storage, so we had to wait in the lobby for about 10 minutes before they returned to help us, but they were nice and helpful so no complaints.
Stephen C | First ImpressionsHalf the time at night I would feel unsafe because the garage doors were always left open. One night there were people in the restroom for over an hour and another personal with his bathroom essentials going into the bathroom. I did not feel safe or clean there

The other location on 1206 N Main St, Bloomington, IL 61701 their staff is the COMPLETE opposite! Screwed up 2 separate reservations I had, completely rude (a female, white who started in March) and she hung up on me several times.
REBECCA Z | Overall ExperienceOur unit has been broken into and it flooded so I also have damaged furniture. As well The manager has been less than helpful or empathetic of situation. He has been terrible to deal with and is hardly ever there or available.
