The floor is stained with oil which was mentioned at time of the unit rental. We put 3 U-Haul moving boxes on the floor to prevent oil getting on our possessions. The lady that checked us in was very friendly and knowledgeable. We should not be charged for the stained floor when we move out.

I only needed a storage unit for a month until I transition to my new apartment. What can I say? They moved my s*** into a vacant locker and gave me your currently running special of one free month for free. It's actually like the most amazing like service customer service experience I've ever seen or heard of. I cannot say enough about how blown away I am by what they did to give me time to be able to get out there to not lose every possession I had. I was so blown away by it and just still it's almost unbelievable I have never had any company ever do anything remotely close or as great as what the staff at this location is done for me. I still like cannot believe that I still have those possessions and I cannot think the staff at that location enough for the kindness and understanding that they showed me.
