Great place. Always an employee close by on property doing something productive and ready to assist with any questions. Well lit and clean units. The employees at the desk were great and easily moved my move in date because I booked incorrectly. Also having an immaculately clean restroom for storage customers is great. Will continue to use this place.

CONNOR D | Online Move InThe facility was a mom and pop shop with affordable rates and same hours. Your big business bought property and skyrocketing rates forced me to evacuate. I did see the gates got replaced. But, with snow equipment in facility I couldn’t access them in inclement weather due to hours and myself working on call. Should have 24/7 access for rates on property and multiple times no one in office. But, were able to contact via phone.

Grady E | Overall ExperienceIn calling to say we were moving out, your people didn't havce the sense to remind us to bring both keycards & the key to the lock you installed 6 months ago. (People minght forget). Then you don't have the ability to cut a lock or help in. any way other Than calling U-Haul central & dispatching a guy with a grinder. 20 minutes later @ $150 per hour or $50.00 we got into the unit. Nothing but cheer here. Thank you, live long & prosper.
