I would never recommend this company to anyone I care about. It started with the horrible vehicle rental experience where the 26ft truck I rented had every service light in the world come on and even a flashing check engine light at one point effecting how it drove and making cruise control unable to work, traveling 1200 miles. Weeks of calling customer service and having them “submit” cases at the office for me to be blown off by the store I got it from. Finally after calling numerous times a regional manager I believe they said they were reached out and apologized with a 300$ refund for the 3000$ rental, thanks, what a joke. Then the storage unit facility has water multiple times leaking into my unit from some maintenance room I kept having to tell them about, cockroaches inside the building and unit area, and a parking lot soooo overfilled with u-haul vehicles you can barley get your personal vehicle into the parking for the storage unit building. Absolutely horrible experience with this whole company. The onlyyyyy person that I will say tried to really help me was Nick. I feel bad for that employee. Regardless I think I’ll stay clear of this company and definitely will not ever recommend anyone use the services.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkOnly issue was i chose a climate controlled facility. Was stored in your location about two years. When i got most of my furniture and some other items had mold or mildew on them. Was kinda surprised. Would have thought being climate controlled that shouldn't have happened .. so maybe better climate monitoring or a dehumidifier, would help
