IT WAS CLEAN AND WELL LIT AND I FELT SAFE WITH OUR PROPERTY STORED THERE. U-haul was only our landlord facility since 2023. They took over and nothing changed. Never talked to anyone in person or on phone. U-haul kept the facility just as Mt Branson storage did! I so appreciate it! Thank you!

The staff (unfortunately cannot remember the name of the gentleman who assisted us) and manager Kayra are wonderful, kind and really know how to do their job and make the stress of moving melt away. I cannot even begin to explain how great of an experience we had with the last minute request for a truck and storage unit. Communication, professionalism and friendly attitude was incredible. I arrived and everything was ready for me, they helped and showed me around and took the extra time to create a comfortable experience. I really cannot say how great of an experience this was and will be recommending to everyone. As someone who moves every year this has been my best experience by far.
