Charged my account several times despite moving out before deadline. Manager is impossible to get a hold of. I’ll never use U-Haul for storage or anything else for that matter after this disaster show. I should be refunded prior amount as well due to the nonsense this has caused me including causing me to pay my rent late.

I doubt you want me to review your facility ad staff, as it will be mostly negative. But here goes anyway. I have held various storage space at different facilities, as I have moved about four the past 40 years. The Bremerton facility are unequal in their lack maintainance and the staff is weak as it pertains to their training and customer service. The Gorst facility was an excellent space and the young man (Daniel I believe was his name) was superb. He was friendly, helpful and could send us in the right direction for assistance with any questions. In Bremerton the responses to most of my questions was "I don't know". you'll have to speak with "Becky" or "Betsy" but she won't be here for a couple of days or She's at the other facility. Yet they would not even try to reach her on the phone. I will not rent from U-haul at either of these facilities again. And if asked, I will recommend, to anyone who asks, Thea they do not either.

Mitch F | First ImpressionsI was told I was being given a promotion to rent a larger truck one-way to have storage in Gorst, I would receive second month free. They billed me $241 for the second month. Contacted UH CS and they were hostile and defensive. Said I had already been given the first month free, but checked with bank and DID also pay first month. Kind of scheisty at corporate level. Beware.

CHARLES G | Overall ExperienceThere is no type of security or security Fences/Gates to secure the outside storage units from being broken into during the storages facility closing hours from 4pm until 9 am the following morning. I have personal knowledgeable from seeing the security videos that over a span of 2 months there was at least 5 units broken into, and The perpetrators are not caught, the customer Irreplaceable family valuables that were stolen are gone. Yet customers have to deal with filling a claim to even get what little money from the Uhaul provided insurance, which takes months to pay out or get denied. Yet to this day, Uhaul hasn't Implemented Any additional security measures that would help Deter those would be vandals from breaking into and stealing out of the non-secured outside storage units. MATTER FACT UHAUL IS TURNING A BLIND EYE TO THIS ONGOING PROBLEM. Because of the way Uhaul is conducting themselves as a Company that prides themselves as being customer friendly is certainly a false statement due to the way Uhaul is handling this ongoing non-isisolated poor security measures to ensure the customer that it's 100% safe to use UHAUL storage units to store Irreplaceable family and personal belongs and our Uhaul storeage facilities dont need security Fences/Gates because units don't get Vandalized and belongings don't get stolen.
DAVID G | Overall ExperienceThe staff and manager, of course U-Haul was the worst ever the accounting the attitude. The Customer Service was far the worst. The only saving grace was the young man that was there that they just hired a couple months ago who was excellent and wonderful and helpful and gave Customer Service and I wish I could remember his name. I don’t even think I got it, but otherwise that whole staff could be fired.
