Staff was courteous. Monthly payments were frequently not credited, leading to past due letters. We finally drove to Bremerton each month to pay in person. A check dated 7/17/23 was finally cashed in late September, after we were told it was never received. We spoke to Andy at your office for move out instructions, which we followed and despite moving out 1 week before the due date we received a past due letter. Once again we drove to Bremerton and were asked if we had a picture of the unit emptied?? Your system is not efficient and we would not recommend the facility because of that. Thank you
