Several issues with certain staff member. Billing issues was dufferent from uhaule site and what they was charging and doing. When goods came in had to wait to get them becuase they service center wanted 24 hrs but contract signed in Tucson said be ready on this day. It was a hassle due to they worked differently then what the uhaule site did.

william F | Online Move InOriginally this location was ideal, however, a few things got lost in translation. I moved from the originally assigned Bremerton location due to a failed lift to the 2nd story. The Gorst location got lost in translation and locked me out/ cut my lock due to a communication breakdown internally with U haul. Luckily it was replaced, but the deck was also dirty in the unit upon move in, giving me a bit more to clean on move out. Security could be tighter because bums traverse through here and set off fireworks in the parking lot as I write this (Gorst). A new lock was provided to me, but this should have never happened if they took the time to talk to each other and review basic information.
Joseph M | Overall ExperienceOver nearly 6 years, I often had to deal with drama gaining access to my unit. Most recenty at 7pm on a Sunday, I'm told my unit has "office hours access." The intercom person was polite and empathetic, but not empowered to actually help with the issue. The manager contact number posted got no reply by text. The next day I do get a call from a new manager apologizing. I go-to the unit and my card isn't working. I had to resolve that. The actual storage was OK, just inconvenient that a remote location has no on site staff, and a single point of failure in the manager position. Very disappointing for a nationwide company.
Philip H | Overall ExperienceThe unit was spacious and the walls are kept up. I was surprised that the roll up doors had years of webs and several spider sack remnants. I had to sweep with vigor to get thick layers of dirt out of edges and corners.
