App needs work. Doesn't work most of the time. Never saw staff on site. No clue if it even has an office. You boast "24/7 storage access" but have operating hours for a fully automated system.

If that was the case I would have been arrested instead I had a tow truck guy about to start a head on collision trying to be to be a cop. I've been told different stories by different people and yet I have to deal with their lies. I've made multiple reports due to this situation.

JAMES D | Overall ExperienceWalked in to the uhaul and asked to rent a storage unit. Told I had to apply on line. Went home applied on line but picked the Gorst location-no stairs to climb. Went to that location, no office. Went back to Kitsap way location to try again. Said I had applied on line. Then I could rent a unit but first had to fill out a bunch of paperwork. Why wasn't that "paperwork" included with the rest of the on line application? Then I went to storage unit and couldn't figure out why sliding my card didn't work. Fortunately another customer showed me where to slide my card before the entrance slide. Good clean unit. Nice location confusing sign up.
MICHAEL P | First ImpressionsThe staircase was not lit up making them very unsafe. Access hours were confusing. In the elevator it states 24/7 storage access but the doors prohibited access after their office business hours. This was not clearly stated when I was setting up access to the storage. The sliding outside door required a code to be used each time it shut. This made large moves incredibly difficult because it required a code activation and when carrying heavy loads this is not practical. This was also never mentioned. The intercom speaker buttons did not work on the outside even during business hours. Management was not responsive nor did they seem to care. All they did was provide excuses of why they could do anything regarding access and are hardly reachable even during business hours. I wasted a lot of time dealing with calling main UHaul customer service and it was all due to local problems with the management of this UHaul office. I would never us this service again.
