SHARON F | First ImpressionsGreat staff. A pleasure to see and interact with. This is the second of 2 units I rented for work but no longer needed either one and closed both, the last one today. A Failure to open unit occurred the last week of rental. Rusted latch released with lubricant, but door was fused in the closed position, unable to lift open even with assistance. Used wedge tools to start raising door a few inches which released it from closed position, but needed helpful and necessary staff assistance to completely lift open. When closing door at end of day visit to unit, it fused shut again, requiring tools and staff assistance to, again, open. I left the door open overnight for convenient access the following days to avoid needing staff assistance. This was not the reason for my closing account, but was a disappointing unit failure. I don’t see this occurrence as a staff failure, but door hardware failure. Rating would have been 5 stars without this occurrence.
