Then to reverse the charges I had to drive down to U-Haul which was over an hour away just to talk to them because they never answered there phone . I will never ever deal with U-Haul again. NASH F | First ImpressionsThe staff was friendly and pointed us in the right direction when we didn’t know where to go. They were also able to upgrade us to a bigger unit on short notice and found a conveniently located locker. I would definitely use U-Haul storage again.

I was frustrated but gave the person a chance….they didn’t know the locations of the lockers and got lost several times while trying to physically find the locker. They didn’t explain the external access codes and how you must use all 3 external access machines after office hours, etc ……. Later, I figured it all out by myself.
