Over the past year that I have used the facility I have experienced the same courteous people and appreciate the clean well secured building for my belongings. Should I have the need again in the future, I would certainly come back and have recommended UHaul to family and friends.

John A | Overall ExperienceMy main gripe is how difficult it is to move in, had I been aware of the situation I’d be put in, I would have chosen another storage business. It was chaos, there were too many people moving in and out, not enough carts or parking, elevators were busy and packed, the typing in a code every time the door closed was a nuisance or the bay door closing on us repeatedly and dangerously really delayed us and how much time it took. I would recommend scheduling move ins maybe to navigate that unpleasant and frustrating experience for people, everyone we talked to seemed equally frustrated.
Shianne C | First ImpressionsThe storage was excellent, but what I did not like is that the store took my TV box and put it back for sale instead of leaving it for the use of other people that may need it. That was the reason I left it in the store in a dedicated place for other people to use. When I asked if I get any money back for the TV box, they said NO, however it was good for them to put it back and made money again for the same item. That was very shameful
