Overall, it's ok, but there is a problem with theft. D.S. has been stealing from this facility (and others) for a while now. I had information on him when he ripped me off, although I wasn't being listened to and left feeling like I was guilty of something rather than a victim. Use the cameras more and possibly change the ceiling of each room so it's not accessible from above and can be seen. I was specifically targeted, but how do they get in through the main entrances. *Bliss is awesome, dedicated, and (I believe) she's doing the best she can..

Cara S | Overall ExperienceNot happy when we come all this way hour drive to pick up truck and Storeage unit 2597 and they say it’s under repairs under Nancy Wright /Shane Wiebe check the records he booked the truck. Then we have a 50 dollar credit if referral which didn’t get applied the the amount Then we get a call your booked on the Saturday had to go to another location then we get told 100 deposit it’s 125 then we drive to Strathmore' to drop off unit and put extra gas in seems like reimbursements seem to be a problem look at what we did and why we didn’t get the 50 back She said it’s a computer well sorry not happy with that resaon we are human and should be paying for what we get.

The ridiculous price hike was just plain robbery BUT the staff at this location were the best we’ve encountered. The location was very well kept and even smells good. The staff were friendly, helpful and just fantastic. U-Haul should give them a treat and make sure to show value to their employees if not for their customers.

Robert G | Overall ExperienceThe facility itself seemed to be fairly decent. However, there seems to be lack of communication and organization. I rented one unit online, however when I went to go secure it the next morning I was told that it was no longer available due to a leak. They attempted to put me into a slightly smaller one, but upon opening that one it was full of items, so they offered me 2 smaller ones instead. It was very unorganized, and poor planning on their part. The staff did their best to try to fix the situation, it is just unfortunate that I wasn't able to get what I originally wanted, had to purchase more then one lock, and now have 2 smaller units instead of one big one.
