I had held a 10x15 and because I was able to see the size before i acquired the unit, I was able to make an adjustment to a new location with a larger unit for not much more cost. Saved me from moving twice or feeling forced to buy another unit at the same location that would double cost and changing the reservation without penalty was very easy and mind easing knowing it was available. Good experience, minus the non English understanding service desk workers. Especially with moves and a naturally high stress atmosphere, maybe choose workers that don’t come from an ESL background to be the first point of contact, instead have available the ESL worker.or at least a threshold of speech aptitude to avoid misunderstanding.

The location is not convenient but once you are there all services and convenience makes it worth it. I’m a Seton SE resident. I wish a Uhaul would open in Seton. And take over Bow City Storage which is a rip off.
