Lise S | First ImpressionsBliss and her staff are excellent to deal with. They are all pleasant and polite and very helpful when needed. My biggest complaint is with the U-haul company. They should issue pro-rated refunds of the fees paid if/when a locker is emptied, move out is completed prior to the payment due date and the unit is ready to be rented again .

That location changed my mind about Uhaul Bliss always made herself available to address any issues or concerns, always took the extra time to train her staff and always strived to stay up to date on all of the customers needs. They really go above and beyond to help their customers through their moving and storage experience.

KATHY S | Online Move InI already have units at the Deerfoot location and needed a smaller unit to move stuff into from another locker. The newest locker is in the same aisle as the other one which has made moving items super convenient and greatly reduceed the time and effort to move things. Bliss and the other staff at this location are awesome to deal with and they go out of their way to provide the best customer service a person could ask for!

Online instructions were wrong, eg: lock was not in unit. And I would never gave figured out where my locker is. THANK YOU YOUNG LADY!! I wish I could remember names Dark skin and model like. Beautiful and very articulate.. Thank you.. The online instructions are more suitable for someone who has rented before. Not appropriate for a first time user...
