Very good professional experience. Only thing is I couldn't find my storage unit. You should have told me the unit was inside the building and you have to say it's inside the first door in building E.

I was billed and charged a late fee “delinquent” . I had already cancelled and left a clean empty unit. I called again and cancelled again so I will see if it is updated .
James V | Overall ExperienceThe lock and slider thing was really stuck, took quite awhile to get it open. I would suggest maybe once a year to grease the locks and make sure they open. I'm not sure it was ever opened to check on it, which I don't know if that is the policy or not. It was dirty and wet on the floor by the door. We had boxes on pallets but one had fallen off and that box was wet and moldy.

For some reason we were given two 10 x 10 units with a very inconvenient door to have to go in and then a hallway to go down to get to the units. We contacted U-Haul stating that this was going to be next to impossible to get through the door with all of our furniture, stove, refrigerator, washer dryer, dishwasher, and they immediately stated they were sorry for the inconvenience AND they gave us a 10 x 20 unit accessible by the road for moving our six bedroom home into as well as stated they would give us one month free storage for the inconvenience. This was very professional and thoughtful! We’ve recently had a fire and needed the storage unit. Thank you so much!
