There was something leaking into the unit from an adjacent unit. I phoned the company and they moved us to a different unit It was a smooth process, even on Sunday afternoon. There were pallets left in the new unit. I am concerned that the unit may get wet, but we will wait to see.

chris j. | Overall ExperienceMy key broke off in the lock because it was too cold back in April. You guys gave me a new lock for free and came to help me saw it off which was very nice and helpful. I wish the office was closer to the units near the Quincy Mine, or at least they should have their own office on site so that way I don’t have to completely drive all the way across the bridge in case something like that happens.
Harley R. | Overall ExperienceI planned to sell my house and move, so I needed a place to temporarily store some items to go with me. I got a U-Haul indoor storage garage about 10 miles from my home. I was very happy with the whole rental experience! The location was very convenient for me, right on the highway. The renting process was easy and quick, and I liked being able to charge my credit card automatically so that I wouldn't be late for a payment. The garage itself was very clean, not a single stain or mark on the concrete floor. I was able to drop off items whenever I had a chance. I really appreciated 24-hour access. And finally, when I was ready to move out of the garage, the process was easy there, too. I moved out my stuff, swept the floor, left the round lock with key on the floor, and shut the door. A receipt appeared in my email box the same day, and all is well. Two suggestions: 1. Pave the area around the storage garages. Right now, the ground is sharp gravel and rocks, a surface that is difficult to wheel a dolly on, and I would sure hate to trip and fall on the jagged rocks. 2. Put an overhead light in each storage garage. The light can be motion-activated so it's only used when needed. There are times when I can't read newspaper or other print when I'm in my garage because there isn't enough light, and there's no way to get more light other than bringing a flashlight, which isn't really convenient. Other than that, thank you for a very easy renting experience! If I ever need a storage garage again, I'll be looking here.
