ROGER S | First ImpressionsThe staff is unbelievable. All are nice and helpful! I just needed storage until my new place was ready. It was a great experience. I rented my uhaul to move from them twice. Everything went smoothly. :)
Crystal H | Overall ExperienceKeep the areas around the units clean and blown off. Also inside the building the walkways were always dirty. The doors were never secured and never functioned properly. The rate increase letters always mentioned all the wonderful things you were doing, but failed to specifically address what you were doing. Also there were pests everywhere, and need to do more spraying and keeping aisles cleaner will go a long way. The rate increases had been minimal, then recently you went up twice within a year. That was the final straw. Got greedy and now lost a 12 year customer.
JOHN B | Overall ExperienceExperience with U-Haul was not as appealing as they advertised. One free month then rent goes up , that's not what was in the contract. Reaching someone was about impossible. I probably won't use your service again and price was too expensive .

Sharon D | Overall ExperienceReally bad issue when carpet was removed and local employees did not want to acknowledge the issue with the extreme amount of debris, dust and dirt it caused all over stored items. You will be able to see the amount of build up on the floors in y empty unit now. All they told me I could do was cal 1-800 number.

Susanne M | Overall ExperienceOn July 19, 2024 I needed to remove some boxes from my storage unit on the 2nd floor. The elevator wasn’t working. I walked over to the office + was told to use the stairs (which were full of spider webs I had to cut thru). I’m 68 + 2 flights of stairs carrying boxes was very hard for me. I went back to the office to ask the manager how long the elevator would be broken. He (not Austen) was beligerent + told me it wasn’t his fault that The floors were being polished, which caused the fire suppression system to turn off, which caused the elevators to shut off. I have now moved my property to another facility where I can walk straight in and use a dolly to remove boxes as I need them.
BETH S | Overall ExperienceNot a complaint just being to your attention. Back side of the property could stand cleaning Trash bags tossed out months ago still there along with tree debris. Again not complaining just a heads up!! Thank you for your service we still have 4 units there.
