The person who helped me was Amazing! I am disabled and he was kind and knowledgeable. He took me to my unit showed me how to work the door and helped me unlock it. I rented my spot many months ago but we had medical issues and we have not been able to bring anything in. So this was my first visit. There was a lot to learn. He was patient and kind with me. I appreciate all his help. Unfortunately I didn't get his name. He has blonde hair with a little bit of red. I'm so greatfull that he helped me. He went above and beyond. Unfortunately the person who is I think the manager was kind of rude. She didn't want him to go with me to show me all the stuff I needed to know. Maybe she thought that I wasn't disabled? She told him to show me the key pad in the office and I could figure it out myself. There's no way I could have done it on my own so quickly. She didn't acknowledge me just looked away like I was a bother. She was with someone else who didn't even acknowledge me when I was waiting for help inside. He could have just said hi, and someone will be with you soon. I'd still recommend this U Hall because the two young men who work there are just Wonderful. Both have helped me so much. My first visit was great too. So the Manager and the older gentleman needed to brush up on their customer service skills. I understand dealing with people. I worked in customer service for 20 years. So I'm not going to complain about them because I understand that dealing with customers is exhausting but, I don't have a good impression of them. Thankfully you employ Great young men there who have Amazing customer service. I'd like to thank them both for taking their time and helping me. It doesn't take much to acknowledge a customer and make them feel welcomed. She made me feel like I was a burden? I don't know? Hopefully she has a better day the next time I need to go there. Thank you for letting me share my thoughts on my visit to this location. Again please tell the young men that helped me Thank you for their Great customer service. They are the reason why I have a Good opinion of this location. And will continue to use this location. We have 2 storage places closer to us that we can use but Again the customer service that I have had is why I use this location and will recommend this location despite the cold customer service from management. CHUCK A | First ImpressionsApparently you aren’t allowed to use the elevators inside the building to move your stuff to a second floor unit. The girl working there has a bad attitude and needs to learn how to speak to customers, manager too for that matter or whatever the guy is. I went first thing in the morning to make sure I didn’t inconvenience anyone on the elevator since I had so much to move, and still somehow the girl working there was rude about it and couldn’t be bothered to use the stairs when a paying customer is using the elevator. Building is great, staff sucks

MARTIN M | Overall ExperienceI went through pure chaos while you guys were merging the two units. Stating I didn't pay my October payment. Sending emails stating that I owed late fees and then I was in danger of losing my storage. I had called several times, prove to them that I paid my storage on time last month and sent emails. But I still got the calls and the emails from your company stating that it was not paid. Crystal was supposed to put a note in there but obviously these notices went out automatically. This was a very stressful to me because even though she said that everything was going to be corrected and not to worry. Obviously, this was not corrected. If these notices automatically went out stating that I was not up to date on my payment, it would have automatically locked up my storage. I let them know verbally that I was moving out of my storage, whether or not if they put that on my record I have no clue. I moved out yesterday, had to wait almost an hour to complete the transaction. Then was informed by Crystal that you would be sending me a bill. I am informed her that I moved in on the 3rd, that's when my payments were due and she said that I had to have moved out on the 2nd. Sorry people, I WILL NOT pay you people not one penny. If you pursue this, I will have no other alternative to take legal action towards you. I would never recommend your storage services on Williams and Carson City to anybody.

The computer system was not functioning and was apparently not well designed for.the application. (I am a former systems analyst). At this point, I must still return to the facility to complete a successful sign-in.

ADRIAN G | First ImpressionsI had issues on day one with the roll up door. It was able to be pushed in from the side opposite the lock, because the track is barely held on by two remaining bolts. I understand these units are old, but I was told I would at least get a phone call to take a look at it, but that didn’t happen. Honestly my experience was otherwise pleasant, I just didn’t like the idea that the door was not secure, cameras or not.
