Everything was great i asked if I could change my payment date from the 14 of the month to the fourth Wednesday of every month and I would not have got behind on my payments . I was told it would cost me $149 to do that I barely have enough money to pay my bills and pay my rent if it would have got changed to the fourth Wednesday of every month I wouldn't have lost all my stuff I'm not upset it was my fault but thank you you have a wonderful facility there and yes I would recommend to my friends go U-Haul

OLIVIA N | Overall ExperienceHarassed me for using my unit, the look of disgust they would give me by just using the bathroom, they were NOT WELCOMING, they refused to fix the hole in the ceiling of my unit and I didn't get anything prorated even though all of my belongings got destroyed due to water damage, rats ate through my couches and bed, spiders infested my unit, the outside of my unit had concrete obliterated all over the place and they didn't clean it up, I DID after 2 YEARS of it being there, absolutely the most awful and disgusting company I've ever rented through, and I will NEVER EVER EVER bring uhaul my business EVER AGAIN, I will make sure anyone and everyone knows to never use uhaul. You guys had my money and business and you just outright fu***** it all up.
