My automatic payment was taken out on the 14th of every month. Now I was of the understanding that I would receive any dates of funds refunded even I didn't empty my unit on the 14th. As I emptied my storage unit on the previous date 07 01 2025 I believed I should receive a refund 0f 13 days. I was previously told by one of your employees when I first moved in on a week ago I would be refunded any days I was not storing anything there. Yesterday your employee who checked me out of the unit ,was rude and would not pro_rate me (refund) the 13 days. Please look into it and feel free to call me at 5105123359. SHELLY L | Overall ExperienceWe had mice in our outdoor unit in spite of traps. The door seals aren’t the best. The cement is crumbling on the outdoor units at the seals. Otherwise we were fine for the year we were using the unit.

Sherry L | First ImpressionsMy current personal challenges had me at my breaking point and I was literally in tears trying to navigate my situation when the staff and management came thru with kindness and compassionate consideration and made special accommodations to make the truck and storage rentals flow seamlessly together especially with the many changes around my situation and circumstances!!! My daughter and I are so very grateful to be able to count on them when we really needed something to go right, as nothing else in our personal circumstances was!!! I cannot express enough how awesome the staff and management both were!!! And even the staff we did not deal with directly were professional and courteous! THIS UHUAL LOCATION WAS ACTUALLY THE HIGHLIGHT OF OUR WHOLE EXPERIENCE AND WE WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE WHEN WE HAVE TO ‘MOVE’ AGAIN!!! They all deserve some recognition for the time and effort that they all collectively have contributed towards fulfilling each and every CHALLENGE I WAS FACING!!!
