CHELSEA E | Overall ExperienceI was told when I rented my unit that if I moved out early after paying rent for the month that I would be reimbursed some of my money for the remaining days that didn't happen. So, I paid a full months rent of $109.95 for the month of October 7, 2025 was completely moved out of my unit on October 13, 2025. I swept out my unit returned the lock, keys and, card to the office. And, was told that I wouldn't be getting any of my money returned to me for the days that I was no longer needing my storage unit. During the move out of that storage unit black widow spiders were found and, killed by my movers and, it's unknown how many were actually transported to the new location. You lost a customer and, I'm sharing my experience with U-Haul with everyone doesn't matter if I know them Or, not. Nobody needs to have the experience that I had with U-Haul.
