I submitted my move out request on June 12th and was told that within 48 hours it would be approved. It took them 11 days and now they are telling me I owe another month of rent even though I only used the storage unit for less than the one month I had it. I will not be paying for a service I wasn’t using especially when I gave a weeks notice that I was moved out of the unit.
