The customer service representative did not explain the it was about purchasing a storage unit and how long you have to return it. She had poor communication she was supposed to reserve me a truck but did not. So I had to reserve a truck elsewhere as another site. So the day I was supposed to be moving to take 3 hours to go across town to get this truck. So I lost time I will never get back.
