General manager Robert is indescribably disrespectful, unprofessional & especially perverted. First hand experience. Had a problem with HOW a situation was handled and NOT WHAT the situation was. I’m sure he’ll have his own narrative to spin. I was happy to adhere to request immediately; Happy to now be a home owner. Attempted to communicate & resolve before leaving feedback but he declined without reason. Despicable! He should face disciplinary action punishable. I can attest/testify!

RICK R | First ImpressionsI arrived and there was a line as usual but only one person in the office and the other person was outside. I asked if there was a way to pay online because I needed to pick my truck up and had movers on site being paid by the hour and we were all just sitting there. The guy that was outside came inside and I asked if he could help me and he said that the lady would and proceeded to help the person he got in line behind me. When I stated that I was in line first they said he was helping them because they were turning the truck in. Time continued on and the lady asked the people behind me what they needed help with and after they responded she paused helping the lady in front of them to stop what she was doing to help them. I asked so just to clarify on now 2 accounts you have helped the people behind me but couldn’t help me and I’ve been standing here 20+ minutes just to pick up a truck with movers waiting to move items and no where to put them. She said she wasn’t helping them she was printing them a receipt and I asked in what way would that not be assisting the customer behind me. She ruffed and started asking my information, and then another employee walked in and she told her to finish the transaction. Now the common denominator of the people being assisted before me and the staff is for one race so I did wonder if that is why they were so willing to help them return a truck when I had been standing there so long to receive the truck. Regardless it is always poor customer service here and that is if someone is even sitting in the front. The staff will always put a lunch break or clocking out over assisting the customers who are on time constraints. I do not see myself coming here for a truck or storage unit again unless it is pure and utter desperation as my money can be spent elsewhere where they don’t treat customers like a bother for requesting a good/service they paid for.
