New rental process was extremely easy. Staff was pleasant to work with and walked me through the rental, entry, and unit location. And my equipment rental was scheduled to be returned to a different location and they quickly updated the reservation so I didn't have to add an additional 30 minute drive to the end of a very long day of travel from MD - NC.
