Pedro B | First ImpressionsMy experience with U-Haul has always been great. They agents are very helpful and respectful. I had no problems other than I guess one of the agents didn’t understand me when I told them I was moving out and I was charged for two months and was told by the general manager in the area that they would work to get me a refund but still haven’t received it as of yesterday which I was told I would have it but the end of day. Which he was very helpful. So if you have any questions about the situation please call 727-400-0570. Thank you. But all in all U-Haul is great.
