TATA P | Overall ExperienceWhen I went to the u-haul to the office on 8/30/25 (19 & sunset pt rd clearwater florida, unit 2113) to move out I was told by one of your associates that "I have to take a photo of empty unit otherwise she would have to do it"! Well isn't this her job??? The temperature in the storage building was 80 degrees. This is way too hot to prevent mold or a musty smell. I am billed monthly on the 19th for $233.35. I was told u-haul does not pro-rate. I now have to pay for September which I think is unacceptable. This is terrible customer service. In the future I will not use u-haul. I will tell my family and friends not to use u-hail in the future either. Dina Capri
dina c | Overall Experienceprices are way to high. im paying $152 with u now im paying $54 a month at a brand new storage unit that is the same size. and driving to ur location is very annoying with only one way in. the fact u do not price match is insane. in a time of economic hardship thanks for over charging me for months. i could have realy used that extra $100 a month

lori c | First ImpressionsIt's not that I felt it was not secure, but most storage facilities have a gate that requires entry before you can get to the actual building which helped me feel secure. There is no gate at this facility.

Betty L | Overall ExperienceA little tough for me to say something nice right now other than! Samantha at the front counter was fabulous. Fabulous fabulous 20 stars not 10! The elevator is broken and it makes it very hard to move when you don’t have an elevator and you’re on the second floor. I know the GM there is getting it fixed and I hope it’s done by 6 o’clock because I gotta get moving. Other than that great location great people thank you for all that you guys do.
