Only issue I had was getting locked out of my unit because I wasn’t using a proper lock. I was unaware of that policy and it would’ve been nice if I was notified about this. Austin was always a pleasure to deal with.

They showed us how the security system works on how to enter and exit the facility. Then we proceeded to the unit and when we opened the overhead door, the place was spotless. The building was secure and the alarm systems work as intended. They have bathrooms on each floor and they were well maintained. I would recommend this facility to my family

JAMES M | Overall ExperienceMy #1 priority was finding a storage rental that did not raise their rental prices. The one I switched from raised my rent from $89 to $209 in 2yrs! I went with Uhaul for 3 years, my things felt safe, price stayed the same and they always have rental trucks, and a store that covers all your needs!! If I ever need to rent a truck or get storage again, Uhaul is my choice.
francine v | Overall ExperienceI was stressed out with a mishap of the potential of being charged late fees due to a late payment, when I had auto pay set up.....this required 3 phone calls I do not like the fact that the monthly payments are NOT pro-rated if a customer cancels anytime after their monthly payment is made.....ex....12 days left in a month!
