WILLIAM J | First ImpressionsThe only thing that was not good was when I tried to buy four 27 gallon carts which were advertised as four for $9.99 each if you bought at least four. I was told they were closed by the young woman clerk. She quoted me an obviously incorrect price not once but twice. So incorrect that she must have thought I would not notice. I had to correct her two times as I have never paid more than $10 each plus tax for the 27 gallon black with yellow lid. She did not want to wait on me but a supervisor had her do so. I do not know why she thought I would not notice such an incorrect price not once but two times. I finally got the correct price but no employee should try such a blatant dishonest act.The store was open for business. I had a simple request. Two other young women from U-Haul were honest and helpful and showed me how to get the locking slide to work as it was difficult to get the slide to move to a locking position . One of the women was kind enough to get my letter code disc lock to open as I had misplaced my reading glasses and could not read the four letter code on the disc lock without them. She was a fine example of an employee as she also was checking in trucks and cleaning them as well. .

We weren't sure about some things but a U-Haul employee who was very friendly, nice and helpful explained things to us when we went to ask some questions. He explained all about codes and cards and gave us a card to make things easier which in my opinion is way better. He even explained how to do it and where to do it and it was such a great experience with him! Thank you! But I forgot to ask for his name! I will probably always use this facility in the future.
