had some hit and miss issues using the key card to login - other than that i had no problems at all would use again if i needed extra storage space

I was going through an extremely hard situation. My landlord wasn't going to renew my lease and with 2 days left I still hadn't found a storage unit in my price range. A friend reminded me that U-Haul had storage units. I was at the U-Haul facility when they opened up. Less than 20 minutes later I was putting my first load in the unit. They came through for me and turned an ugly event into a big sigh of relief . I highly recommend them .

The facility was not too busy, however they have a lot of U-Haul units and customer parking was limited but never an issue for me when I visited the storage unit.

When I questioned it. the asst. mgr was called out and treated me like I was just a bother to him. The rest of the staff was great but Mr. Unfriendly ruined the experience. I’ll be moving my stored property as soon as possible.
