The manager addressed me immediately, sat me down and we made a reservation for the truck and the storage unit. I then returned to the location 3 days later and the service was exactly the same. This time it was the GM who assisted me. He was like a breath of fresh air...pleasant, accommodating and knowledgeable. I left the location feeling completely overwhelmed by the superfluous service. Customer for Life.
