Access to the units are difficult at best. There is a rat hole in the back of my unit as well as many nails and screws protruding from the walls inside by several inches.

The staff is rude and unprofessional everytime my family was there to access the unit it was a big inconvenience to get anything that resembled customer service gate hours and rules changed daily and contradicted the U haul contact. Worst location EVER!!!!!!!
