I was signed up for the 24 hour check in system you have without knowing it. My fiancé and i were on an extreme time crunch and the women working the counter told us we would need to do it ourselves on our smart phones. Your employee was not busy by any means, there were no other customers. I understand she probably had other duties to attend to, however i believe costumers should come first. This is supposed to only take 5-7 minutes, and it took us over an hour, the employee didn’t help one bit. The dolly we ordered was not in the truck. Overall our experience was nothing i would do again: we have stood by uhaul for all our moves and will be looking else wear for the next one if this 24 hour check in is forced apon us at 2pm again. Great idea for people who want the service and after hours drop offs but it needs to be a choice.

Better customer service. Could not fit the dollies or blankets on the trailer. Asked to return them. Was told I could just leave them but she could not give a credit for it. After much arguing, she finally added a note to the contract so the delivery end could credit it. She was not professional at all. There was also an issue with the car carrier. The wheel well wasn't secure so it kept rubbing against the tire.

Have a better customer service representative. The clerk who assisted us barely acknowledged our presence as we stood at the counter directly in front of her. After literally several minutes I turned to walk away, even though I would think we were expected there, having completed an online reservation for pick up at that time. Eventually as she began helping us she gave us the contract with no explanation except to say to go chek out the truck and when we were done to return to the shop to her to finish. She tells us to sign and then finally only after we ask does she tell us the name of the drop off site, stating that she knew nothing about it- just the name. I found her to be unfriendly and not very helpful. A little bit of friendly can go a very long way.

When I returned the truck - I lost my debit card and when someone found it on the lot at the u haul close to where I parked the truck - they gave them my information and the someone showed up to my house and brought me my debit card - a little concerned about why someone would just give out that information bothered me so I called was transferred a couple of times and then was told a manager would get in touch with me soon - it has now been 4 days and nothing -

I like the hours at this location. The mobile pickup/return is very time consuming and unappealing. I would rather go during business hours and deal with staff than ever use the mobile version again. Additionally, I’m not sure why when I brought back my rental I had to go through the mobile return and a staff member do the same process. It was the most discouraging process.

E sign out does not work well. I would prefer face to face customer service. Moving is a stressful activity and I was not prepared or excited to be forced to try new system. Rental business is still a hospitality service. Please keep face to face service.

Everything was perfect. I loved driving and hauling the household goods with the Cargo Van. It performed well on the state roads, city driving and interstate. It drove like a Ford F-150 short bed. It was nice having rails and holes for securing the load. The staff gave excellent service. Thanks for a great moving experience.

Very rude and unprofessional at one point in the rental process I asked the man if he wanted to rent us a van. Everything seemed like a hassle for him. Like we were bothering him by being there. I will happily take our business elsewhere.

Dropped our Uhaul off. Nothing said. Uhaul cleaned and dropped off with 1/2 gas. Look at my banking they took out 11.25 OUT of my account. NO EMAIL STATING AS TO WHY, NO NOTHING!!!! Called Uhaul and they said it was for gas. Asked why no email was sent, receipt or anything. Said they don't send receipts. BALONEY UHAUL. THIS IS SOMETHING YOU NEED TO CHANGE.
