It took over an hour to pick up the truck that I had reserved online. There was a new person working there and she obviously had not been fully trained. And only one other person.. on a Saturday morning. There was a long line and each and every person took a very long time. The phone kept ringing and ringing and their boss kept calling. He knew they were extremely busy yet kept calling. Which only served to slow the service even more.

We rented for 24 hours but knew we wouldn’t need it that long. When we asked about after hours return we were told it would be an additional $20. The prices are high enough without that. It was a hassle to try and line everything and everyone up to try and get the truck back before you closed. We had an engine light that came on. The only reason I would recommend you is because you are the only game in town.

I checked in and gentleman that helped me did his best. The credit card machine didn't seem to want to accept my card. After several attempts it was sucessful or so I thought. I returned the vehicle the same day and upon checking my bank account found that it had charged me twice. The person checking me out wasn't able to reverse the duplicate transaction. I was given the managers card and asked to call on Monday. No response when I call the manager. i ended up going to the bank and deputing the second charge. it will take up to 10 days to have my money returned. Not a great experience.
