However, it was the Nichole that hit a home run during every conversation I spoke with her. I am in the hospital where I have been for the last year and have relied on this storage facility to hold all of my worldly possessions until I’m able to walk again and live on my own. They continuously make me feel hard and seen. I have not experienced customer service this good before I am so grateful for them and for Uhaul I have used several services, including renting a U-Haul truck to move my facilities in Every time I come to Uhaul when I was able to walk it was always extremely clean, well lit and convenient. I’m extremely grateful.
