Sheri S | Overall ExperienceThe young lady that is managing the facility needs customer relations training. She has a horrible attitude the last 4 days I’ve been renting uhaul a moving my things out She’s been very unhelpful . There’s no one stationed in the office for walking in help. I’ve sat there 15-20 mins in the lobby because no one is even in the office on multiple occasions. I had to even get her attention multiple times to get her to come inside and service me moving out of my unit. She’s tried to ban me from using uhual by placing a bunch of drastic notes in my account pertaining to someone else’s rental. She refused to rent me a truck . I had to go to a completely different rental facility just to move my things out.An she went as deep as harassing me stating that she knows where I got the truck from . She took pictures and videos of me moving out of my unit I felt harassed as a consumer . I’ve dealt with uhual for years and this is by far my worst experience.

The storage unit exceeded our expectations. Would certainly rental a unit here again. The unit and facility was convenient to use. The free carts for moving boxes and the loading areas were in excellent condition and easy to use. Awesome experience!
