Video of building access was slightly confusing. I thought you needed to enter your access code anytime you want to enter the storage area. However, the access code is only required after normal hours. The two employees we met during our first visit were very helpful.

SUSAN H | First ImpressionsIt’s excellent it’s really a great place. It’s really clean and they’re really helpful and they always help me with my bills and everything. I really like the girls Sephora who’s in there she’s really helpful. The only thing is I left my keys the other day and I also left an electric screwdriver sitting with it. It’s orange and black and I think they threw it in the utility closet so other than taking my screwdriver I really like this U-Haul facility. I left my info to get my screwdriver back.
