This is the best U-Haul experience I ever had and it was because the guy working was very competent! He was friendly. Helpful. Knew what he was doing. He handled multiple people quickly. I was so impressed. The move in process was easy.

Dante H | Overall ExperienceI cancelled my unit 1 hr after renting it and emailed the office told them I wasn't renting it now they are trying to charge me over $400 but I have emails to prove I told them from the very beginning I wasn't renting it I'll be contacting an attorney asap U-Haul won't get away with this not this time I kept screen shots and emails U-Haul is notorious for ripping people off.
