I was excited to see someone around to help me on the lot. It was my first time there, and when I was struggling to find my unit, the young lady told me I was in the right area but the was on the inside, so I wouldn’t see the number I was looking for on the outside. She was very helpful. I appreciate someone being present when I needed help.

LISA D | Overall ExperienceShe said my storage came with a free lock. It did not! The gate on my unit, the gate is hard to open and close like it need lubrication or something. But she was the sweetest person.

All in all it was and still is a horrible experience. I have to waste time once again to go to the u haul to find out why my access code is not working. I’ve filed a dispute against this place.
